Just finished making some mini-pumpkin pies for tomorrow's pre-thanksgiving playing of  "Alice's Restaurant" at work. Baked them in a muffin tin.

I made Brownie Bites for "Power Proofer" Blake! the little "B" on top is made with melted candy i piped out onto parchment and covered with sprinkles...
